A welcoming stay with a twist
The staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help. Free hot drinks were available throughout the stay, which added a cozy touch. The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The room's bathroom was a bit cramped with a strange layout that soaked everything when taking a shower. the Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow, which made it difficult to connect when needed.

Old, outdated facilities could use a refresh!!! Strange bathroom designs and absence of air conditioning make for a less pleasant experience!!! The parking situation should be simplified, as the key drop-off system is inconvenient!!!

this hotel is super cozy, i loved the friendly peeps who were always ready to help! free coffee and tea all the time was an amazin perk for a hot drink lover like me. plus, they brought a kettle to my room for the whole 5 days! and the wifi was good, no problems there. i’m 100% happy here, thanks a ton!
the bathroom was kinda cramped and awkward to use, and the shower could be a little tricky at times. also, the wifi was a bit slow, which was annoying when i needed to connect.

I enjoyed the accessibility to various attractions within walking distance, especially the impressive castle grounds nearby. The staff offered free hot drinks, which was a nice touch. the WiFi was a real issue, with it barely functioning during my stay. I struggled with the shower temperature, which made it difficult to have a comfortable experience. As a historian from the UK, I appreciate a good architectural setting.

The hotel was a comfortable base for our family, especially with the U-Bahn station just a short walk away and nearby amenities like REWE for groceries. The breakfast spread was quite good, and we enjoyed some family-friendly jogging paths along the Spree River.
In my wife's opinion, the bathrooms could be a bit more spacious.

Spotlessly clean room with superb upkeep, but cramped bathroom made bathing challenging for elderly.

It was just a commendable fit for a whistle-stop in Berlin with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, meeting everyone's needs. If you need to head to Tegel Airport, it's super convenient from here.

The comfort room was suitable for three adults, featuring a street view and good storage. Free access to hot drinks was a cozy touch, and the cleaning service maintained a spotless environment. the bathroom layout felt cramped, making it tricky to use comfortably, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent during my stay, which was quite frustrating.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. It was clean and modern with thick curtains blocking sunlight. The underground station was just minutes away. Grocery shops were conveniently behind the corner. Free parking outside was a great bonus! 😊

I really enjoyed the heated pool and the small game room they have, which made for great evenings. The hotel lets you chill with some comfy seating in the lobby while watching shows on the big screen, too. I did find it a bit annoying that you need to keep a keycard for the room. just a little hassle, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place! 😊

Staying in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights was pretty decent. The room was clean, modern, and had thick curtains that kept the early sun at bay. Plenty of towels and toiletries available, which was nice. Wi-Fi was good, and we got enough electrical sockets to charge our devices. The corner location was close to a grocery store and had some cool dining options nearby. Just the bathroom could’ve used a little more space but nothing too major. solid experience!
